My clutch in my car is going bad and I just baught a exedy stage one clutch and I want to know how long it will take my to install it and If it is hard and If I am going to run in to some problem.

clutches are easy. but, if its your first time, it might take you several hours.

gotta pull the tranny (not hard really, just time consuming if its your first time), then pull the old clutch off, maybe get the flywheel resurfaced and balanced, then reassemble.

once youve done it a few times, it only takes a few hours if your really kickin butt

It is my first time to install a clutch and I want to know if it will take me a good weekend to do it.

Make sure you have time and patience, it can be done with one person and will probably take you a day your first time... its not hard... just lots of bolts all over and such.

If you clutch didn't come with an alignment tool, you'll need one. Also have some grease (hi temp urea, i use hondas stuff) to lube up the release bearing and input shaft.

Its a jack, jackstands and handtools job, also funnel and tranny fluids.

Grab a friend to help you out if you can. Taking the trany out is easy, but putting it back can be a b** if you're youself and it's the first time especially if the motor is still in the car.
